End User License Agreement

Welcome to Ask Your HVAC Pro. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application and services (“App”), provided by [Your Company Name], referred to here as “we,” “our,” or “us”.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app. If you are under 18, you must use the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

To use the app, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app:

For unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
To impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
To interfere with the app’s security, functionality, or data
To misuse the AI assistant in ways that violate platform or legal guidelines

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.

4. AI-Generated Content

The content generated by the AI assistant is for informational purposes only. While we aim to provide accurate and helpful answers, Ask Your HVAC Pro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of AI-generated responses. Users are encouraged to consult professionals before making technical decisions based on AI responses.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Our app offers access to premium features through paid subscription plans:

Basic Plans (for Homeowners only):

Basic Monthly: $9.99/month
Basic Yearly: $99.99/year

Pro Plans (for HVAC Technicians, Builders, and Architects)

Pro Monthly: $24.99/month
Pro Yearly: $249.00/year

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Payment will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your device’s App Store or Google Play settings.

Free Trial

All users can ask up to 3 questions for free. After the free trial, a subscription is required to continue asking questions.

Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Payment will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Changes to Pricing or Terms

We may update pricing or subscription terms in the future. Any changes will be communicated clearly in advance.

6. Refund Policy

As all in-app purchases are processed via Apple or Google, any refund requests must be directed to the respective app store and are subject to their policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials within the app are the property of Ask Your HVAC Pro or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Your HVAC Pro and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
